Quad Rock Training Runs Kickoff

We're starting out the Quad Rock group training season in Lory State Park Soldier Canyon area. Meet at 8am January 10th for a brief route and race overview with 8 mi, 12.5 mi and 16 mi options. If you don't already have a State Park Pass or Keep Colorado Wild tag on your vehicle, there is a $10 entry fee to the park.

All routes will start together going south up the Timber trails and back on the West Valley.

These runs are a great way to experience parts of the race course, make new friends and connections and to learn tips from previous Quad Rock racers. You do not need to be running Quad Rock to attend. People naturally split into pace groups and there are usually many runners familiar with the area, but come prepared if you find yourself separated from the group.
