Women's Health Wellbeing Workshop - Bellshill

We will be focusing on self-care and working with creating energetic balance to support the process of navigating our changing female body especially through the fertile years and beyond. Providing a safe space for the body to empty old energies and reclaim our natural healing capabilities.

We will be using acupressure / tapping points to support hormone balance. Brain fog, hot flushes, cramps, insomnia, sore breasts, stress, adrenally tired? Learn stress busting techniques to support the lungs and immune system and reduce stress.

There are no restrictions based on levels of fitness or mobility – the movement exercises are very gentle and can be done standing, seated or just opt-out. This session is open to women of all ages.
