Vinyasa Yoga

Kerry’s classes are vinyasa style yoga where you will flow linking your breath to each movement so it becomes meditative.
Bringing you out of your mind and into your body where you will find peace and calm.
Modifications will be available for different levels or practice and hands on assist is also there if you feel you’d like it.

Come with NO expectations, no judgment and allow kerry to guide you back home to your body.
