This is always a popular and highly effective evenings on all types of energy. WEEK 1 we look into our spiritual tool box and examine how different types of energy affects our physical/mental/emotional bodies. Tools are offered to help you in every day life, or to fully understand how different energy affects us in different ways. Always a fascinating night where you will SEE how energy is affected first hand!
WEEK 2 - this is all about Energy Cords which can deplete our energy. Learn what they are, how they form, how to properly deal with them, how to disconnect and cut them and more! Energy cords are important to fully understand to enable you to hold positive powerful energy within your field. We will look at positive and negative cords too.
WEEK 3 is all about the EMPATH, what is an Empath, how to protect your empathic energy, the plusses and minuses related to this energy and more. How empaths deal with being sensitive, and are open and affected by other's moods, energy traits and more. Being an Empath is a gift when you know how to deal with your beautiful energy. Find out if you are an old soul energy too.
WEEK 4 is all about the Energy Vampire, the Narcissist energy and more, those who deplete your energy. This is a powerful week where we delve into the traits of these souls and empower you in recognising who they are and how to deal with them. Lots of interesting facts, info, that will empower you, the Empath, in protecting your energy. All Empaths should be aware of this information to help keep them energy aware!!
WEEK 5, will be a week later on 22nd OCTOBER, as we have a school holiday week the week before, and is a night dedicated to healing with energy in all sorts of ways! Learn simple exercises, ways, to heal, protect, empower yourself through energy. ALWAYS a very popular nights and there is always lots to learn that will stand you in great stead for all energy work and personal understanding! If for any reason you have to miss a week, notes can be provided. this journey will finish on 22nd October(there is a week off on the school week wed 15thOctober)
