cacao workshop

Join us on a workshop dedicated to cacao. we will be exploring all the physical health benefits, spiritual and emotional benefits so you can incorporate this into your daily life. we will look at the history of cacao, the dosages and we will be going through recipes you can use at home

we will participate in a guided meditation with some cacao and a short journeling exercise to finish.
