Sound Therapy

Bring a blanket and yoga mat and enjoy the soothing sound vibrations of Himalayan singing bowls, gongs, and bells for deep relaxation.

Sessions are hosted by either Everitt Allen of Sound Therapy of the Pacific Northwest, Kristi Moseley of Mystic Heart, or Ruby Koa of Inspire Studio.

Pre-registration required.

Session 3: Friday / June 6-Everitt
Session 4: Friday / August 29-Everitt

TIME: 5:30-6:30 p.m.
AGES: All (recommended 7 years and older)
LOCATION: Bloedel Donovan Community Building
COST: $10 per session
