For your maximum comfort create your own "nest to rest"

• Please b ring a yoga mat & plenty of floor padding
• Small pillow for your head
• A cozy blanket
• Optional: a rolled towel or yoga bolster for under your knees
• Suggested: an eye pillow or cloth to cover your eyes
• Wear something cozy & comfortable

• Open doors 20 minutes prior
• Seated, chair or reclined meditation is welcome
