Everybody has a money story and for over half of Americans, that story is stressful. According to the American Psychological Association, 45% of the population feels too embarrassed to even talk about money. This leads to increased anxiety, depression, relational conflicts, and distraction at work. The good news is, we can talk about money in a safe and supportive way. This workshop will teach participants how to think, feel, and behave
differently with money.
At this workshop, you will learn how to:
• Acknowledge your money script and its current impact on your
financial habits
• Develop healthy thoughts, feelings, and behaviors regarding money
• Create positive communication strategies for money conversations
