Beginner Sourdough with Deb

Spend a morning amongst the plants and flowers with Deb from Deb's Sourdough learning the basics of sourdough. In this introductory workshop, Deb will guide you through the process of making sourdough with a look and learn approach, introduce you to the basic vocabulary, and some interactive time with your dough.

When: Saturday 20th September 2025
Time: 10:30AM - 12:30PM
Where: 1 Cooper Street, Macksville, NSW

A mature starter, freshly fed (to take home)
A mini taster loaf (to take home)
A brochure with recipe and care instructions (to take home)
Knives and bench scraper to experiment with your dough
Guidance from Deb on how to care and maintain your starter
Morning tea - fresh baked sourdough goodies, tea and coffee
Good vibes, and lots of fun!
