Thriving Against the Elements: The Amazing Gardens of Cheyenne, Wyoming

Maggie Soderstrom will present a trip report from the NARGS Annual General Meeting, which took place in Cheyenne, Wyoming. Her presentation will cover native prairies, a peek into the Plant Select trial gardens, and showcase impressive crevice gardens visited during the conference. Both private and public gardens will be featured, emphasizing the remarkable diversity of plants cultivated at an elevation of 6,000 feet, despite challenges such as strong winds, dramatic temperature fluctuations, and hail.
