Start your weekend grounded and refreshed. Join us for a limited-time summer series featuring a gentle outdoor yoga class followed by a 30-minute sound bath in extended savasana. Held under the open sky this 90-minute experience weaves together mindful movement breathwork and guided meditation—culminating in deep relaxation with crystal alchemy singing bowls. All levels welcome. Please bring a mat water and anything you need to stay warm and cozy during moments of stillness. This series is available only during the summer months. In the event of poor weather your class pass will be fully refunded.
