An upcoming reduced-rate lab screening is scheduled for Tuesday, January 20 from 7am-10am at the Fisher-Titus Bellevue Health Center.
Lab screenings are inexpensive health evaluations that can show both the presence or the risk of a medical condition.

Cash, credit cards and checks are accepted.
Available Services Include:
• $45 – Blood analysis includes complete blood
count (with differential), basic metabolic panel,
lipid panel and hepatic profile. You must fast
for 12 hours prior to your appointment. You
may drink water and take regular medications.
• $30 – Prostate Specific Antigen (PSA) test
• $20 – Hemoglobin A1c
• $25 – Thyroid test (TSH)
• $35 – Vitamin D
