Sugar River Triathalon

Dreams of doing a Triathalon- join the MaxP Team as we take on the Sugar River SPRINT Tri!
1/4 mile swim in a small lake (aka- no crazy waves or current)
16 mile bike ride with rolling hills
5k run through the local neighborhood.

We will do some group training options and provide a training plan you can follow! Also this page will be used for gear suggestions and prep for the upcoming challenge.

Curious if you are ready or not- the answer is yes!
If you dont know how to swim safely for 15 mins- learn to do this
If you don't own a bike or know how to ride- get one (or borrow one now) and learn how to shift so hills can be enjoyabe
Run- that is easy move your feet in a forward direction. Speed is not the improtant fact. Some will walk this part to finish. So no stress here.
