Saturday Service

Please note: There will be a waiver and a QR code to scan upon entry for a $15 require to participate donation.

Join us for Saturday Service — a signature Femme X Boxing experience that blends movement, mindfulness, and community. This weekly session is where we reset, recharge, and realign through powerful boxing-inspired workouts, breathwork, and reflection.

Expect music, motivation, and a supportive space that celebrates strength in all its forms — physical, emotional, and spiritual.

We have gear if you don't. This class is an open gym experience where you will be able to work 1:1 with Coach Tara to learn form, technique and mitt work.

Please bring your gloves and wraps if you have them. Smoothies, juices and water are for sale at the smoothie bar!
