This class blends the deep stillness of Yin yoga with guided meditation to help you slow down and reconnect — both with your body and your breath.
We’ll begin with long-held, floor-based Yin poses to gently open the body, release tension, and prepare the nervous system for stillness. From there, you’ll be guided into a simple, accessible meditation to calm the mind and deepen your inner awareness.
No experience with yoga or meditation is necessary — just come as you are. Whether you’re feeling stressed, scattered, or simply need space to breathe, this class offers a gentle reset from the pace of daily life.
Expect minimal movement, lots of stillness, and a soft return to yourself.
