Holiday Smoke with Chicago Pitmaster Daniel Hammond

Join celebrated Chicago pitmaster Daniel Hammond for a Holiday smoke session!

A former special education teacher, Daniel leaped into full-time BBQ in 2022 and quickly became one of the most respected pitmasters in the region.

He’s been featured in the Chicago Tribune, Bronzeville Life Magazine, and has made TV appearances on WGN and FOX 32 News. His BBQ was named “Best in Chicago” by Midwest Living Magazine.

Daniel’s dinner will be a multi-course BBQ experience with two seatings available | 5:15PM & 7:15PM
