Yin & Pin

Experience a unique blend of deep yin yoga and calming acupuncture. Kelly will guide you through 45 minutes of yin yoga to gently relax the body and release tension. During the savasana resting pose, Tasha will provide soothing acupuncture to enhance relaxation and energetic balance. Before class begins, Tasha will share a brief introduction about the needles and the points she will be using, helping you feel comfortable and at ease. Rate: $30 for members, $35 for non-members. First Monday of each month at 6 pm.
