Pysanky: Ukrainian Egg Dyeing

Participants will explore the traditional art of Pysanky: Ukrainian Egg Dyeing. You will learn to use warm wax to create a resist-dyed decorative egg in a supportive and positive classroom environment. We will use pencil and paper to draw. Traditional folk designs then copy the designs onto an egg using warm wax for the resist dyeing method. Participants will leave the class with a completed decorative egg.

$35 class fee. Pay ahead to reserve your space. Class size is limited. Age 12 and up recommended.
