Exploring ways of grounding and growing along life’s journey.
Across 4 weeks, we’ll engage body, voice, mind and spirit through gentle yoga, shared song and music, meditation and contemplative creative practices. Each gathering offers a space to slow down, reconnect, and travel a little lighter — open to the movement of Spirit within and around us.
