Short Shorts 2026 - Readthrough

Short Shorts is back!!
What is Short Shorts? It's Centrestage's annual short play festival, where each play is written, directed, and performed by people under the age of 25!

Our very talented writers have submitted some brilliant original plays, and this event is your opportunity to come down and read through them to decide which ones you might like to direct or audition for.

We will also be simultaneously running a tech information session for anyone who might be interested in learning how to set up, program and operate lighting and sound for the season.

No previous theatre experience necessary, everyone is welcome to come down and join us for a very interactive night of fun!
