Rest, restore and release with this mantra themed healing sound bath. Learn and explore some ancient healing mantras from India and Tibet. Mantras serve as a tool to cultivate inner qualities and connect us with the divine. Mantras have been carried through ancient cultures for hundreds of years and assist the practioner in cultivating deeper states of concentration, purifying negative karma and increasing more positive states of mind. A few very blessed and special mantras will be woven through the sound bath coupled with beautiful instruments such as the monalina, crystal harp and ocean drum. You will receive a print out of the ancient mantras for you to take home and practice yourself afterwards.

Sessions take between 60-90 minutes each.

*Note – Rime is a fully volunteer run organisation. All proceeds from tickets go to the temple upkeep and running costs
