Are you seeking a nurturing space to connect with like-minded women, replenish your spirit, and explore the depths of your inner world?

What to expect:
Meditation, Journaling, and Group Reiki Share

Each month Katie will hold space for women to come together and connect with themselves and other while introducing small practices to help your journey to self love.
