Into Film has partnered with Rendr to bring you Rendr Junior – FREE Screen Careers event with amazing industry professionals for 14-18 year olds!

On Thurs 12th Feb, join us at Banana Block for a new awesome event for young people aspiring to screen careers. Come and hear from 3 leading industry professionals:

Brenda Ximena Roldan Romero – early career professional, Brenda graduated just 5 years ago and is already known for animation and VFX work for DreamWorks and Disney, on Eyes of Wakanda, The Wheel of Time and Dogman!

Katherine Jones - a CG Supervisor at Sony Pictures, has most recently worked on the sensational In Your Dreams and K-Pop Demon Hunters! Also worked on amazing titles such as Into the Spiderverse, Jurassic World, Godzilla, Captain America and many more!

Kris Kelly – Managing Director and Founder of EnterYes VFX studio, has developed amazing immersive entertainment experiences and video games, alongside fantastic short films and is a BAFTA nominated and IFTA award-winning filmmaker!

Talks from these guys will be followed by an epic panel discussion where you can ask all of the industry careers, creative and advice questions you like!

We are also offering travel bursaries for public transport, and food vouchers for the tasty vendors onsite at Banana Block to experience some great local cuisine for your lunch. We have limited spaces available, so reserve your spot now on Eventbrite.

RENDR Jr is open to young people aged 14–18. While no 18-rated material will be shown, some speakers may reference creative work or themes classified up to a 15 rating, in line with normal discussion of film, games and digital media. There will be no screening of content above a 15 rating. By registering, parents and carers acknowledge that the event content is suitable for young people aged 15 and over.
