Pregnancy Yoga In Studio Wednesday Class

Welcome relaxing Pregnancy Yoga!

Enjoy a wonderfully relaxing practise of yoga to soothe your mind, release your body and deepen your connection with your developing baby. Connect with other mothers who are going through the same experience.

- welcome deep relaxation and calmness

- nurture yourself and your baby
- create more confidence and calm in your mind
- connect with other mums through class / Facebook group

For further support you will be invited to a private Facebook group in which you can connect with other mums and also access a range of pre-recorded videos for pregnancy yoga. So should you miss class you can always run through a selection of videos in your own time.
