A triple bill of some of Northern Ireland’s favourite MCs and performers will come together on Saturday 6th of September at the Accidental Theatre to launch this year’s Bitter Fringe festival.
Featuring three distinct and hilarious voices from across the comedy spectrum:
🔹 Peter E Davidson – Writer, actor and comedian from Derry. As featured on BBC Radio Ulster’s The Blame Game and Live at the Sunflower with Shane Todd, Peter brings a sharp, smart and charming style to the stage. He’ll be performing material from his 2025 Edinburgh Fringe solo show Sizeable Chunks.
🔹 Ciaran Flanagan – Derry's OG rare boy regularly performs at Chicken Box, Bennigan's Derry and Laughs@TheLoft at Brickwork. Also an original member of sketch group Love the Concept, as part of the group Ciaran has recorded pilots for BBC Radio Ulster and opened for the likes of David O'Doherty, Phil Nichol and Kevin McAleer.
🔹 Paddy McGaughey – A veteran of the scene, Paddy brings 25 years of experience, including support slots for Patrick Kielty and Tim McGarry. He’s known for his razor-sharp timing, wild crowd work, and a warm stage presence honed through years of running Ballymena’s Braid Comedy Club.
This is a rare opportunity to catch all three acts under one roof — a triple-header of proper Northern comedy talent.
