I'm running a half day Goddess retreat on Sunday 25th January 2:00pm-4:30pm

49a Cregagh Road, Belfast, Barefoot Body & Soul studios (entrance is round the side of the building through the grey door up the stairs).

Snacks and drinks provided.

I'll guide you through relaxing meditation and breathing to walk into the new year energised, glowing and confident, goal setting for the new year for clear direction, motivation and action steps to make 2026 your best year yet. The amazing Dani will lead you through 30 minutes of yoga to release stress, stretch and relax. Connect with like-minded women.

Warning: You will experience self-growth, clarity and fun.

Bring a yoga mat/cushion if you want your own, journal & pen.
