Yoga and Herbs

Join us at the Salmon Center for a Yoga & Herbs class with Michelle Pugh from Joonbug Yoga! Your class registration supports HCSEG's salmon education programs.

Class will begin with a 45 minute yoga flow, followed by 45 minutes of creating your own herbal remedy. Each yoga class will focus on the healing benefits of the organ associated with the herbal remedy we will be making that day. For example, a lemon balm and oatstraw tea will be paired with yoga poses that benefit the digestive system and calming the nervous system.

Each participant will be provided herbs and ingredients for that day's class, as well as a recipe handout with benefits and proportions for blending the ingredients.
