Adolescent Anxiety — Bi-Weekly Therapy & Wellness Group

Our Adolescent Anxiety Group provides a safe, supportive space for teens ages 13–18 to explore anxiety and learn effective tools for managing stress.

Led by therapist and yoga instructor Megan Miller, the bi-weekly group blends discussion and body-based practices to build emotional awareness, resilience, and confidence.

📅 This group meets at 6 pm on the following Wednesdays:
- September 3 and 17
- October 1, 15 and 29
- November 12
- December 10

🍎 This group is eligible for full or partial coverage by CareFirst insurance! 🍎

💲 Out-of-Pocket Cost
- $50 per session for new and current clients
- $40 per session for Evolve Wellness members
- $25 per session for current executive function coaching, emotion coaching, or mental health therapy clients
