Spring Dynamic Meditation

Come along to this beautiful and fun celebration of Spring at Bemboka Hall.
We will recognise change of season and celebrate new beginnings through movement (including dancing), using essential oils to let go of the unimportant and bring on positive and creative changes and find some stillness of mind.
This dynamic meditation particularly suits all those people who can't sit still, allowing us to find stillness through movement. The process is done blindfolded, giving us an opportunity for a full expression, creativity and fun.
