J P Worsfold is a writer of original contemporary folk songs, often inspired by his life working as a ranger in the Lake District Fells. They are emotional, reflective, contemplative songs of connection, joy and belonging. With a subtle blend of rich vocal harmony, sweeping string arrangements and heartfelt piano, they are songs to evoke life's deeper meaning and inspire connection within ourselves and the natural space around us. J P Worsfold has two albums to his credit "The Boy and the Mountain & November Hotel" and a new album "Wild Returning" released at the start of August. J.P.Worsfold recently supported leading Scottish folk singer Adam Holmes on a tour of the UK.
