Kitchen Dancing 80's & 90's - Dance fitness - 7pm & 8pm

Love 80s and 90s music, then you’ll love this dance-based fitness class where you can lose yourself in the music and in the retro disco setting! Classes at 7pm and 8pm (50 minutes).

Dance along to 90s club classics, 80s pop kings and queens, rock gods and goddesses, classic hip hop, indie, musicals, dance crazes and you can really strut your stuff to the weekly showstopper routine. All levels welcome, low impact options available, and no previous dance experience necessary.

Dig out those legwarmers and add a splash of neon to your usual sportswear wardrobe to feel fully in the 80s vibe. £6 per class or £5 per class with a Monthly Class Pass. Advance booking required.

Free car parking available at the centre. Flashing disco lights will in use throughout the class.
