This session is designed to help you realign your energy, restore inner calm, and bring your mind, body, and spirit back into balance.
We’ll journey together through:
💫 Gentle meditation to relax and set your intention
💫 Healing vibrations of crystal bowls to open, ground, and harmonise energy
💫 Tuning forks placed on or around the body to deepen balance and release tension
💫 Angel oracle cards to receive gentle guidance and affirmations
🌸 What to Bring
• A yoga mat or something comfy to lie on (wooden floors can get hard)
• Pillow (for under your head or knees – or both)
• Blanket or something warm (heater will be on, but comfort is key)
• Water bottle
• Wear comfortable clothing
This is your time to pause, breathe, and reconnect with your inner self. Allow the soothing sounds, healing vibrations, and angel messages to restore harmony within.
