This session is an invitation to gently step away from the hustle and bustle of life and reconnect with yourself. Through guided meditation, the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, the grounding resonance of tuning forks, and guidance of angel oracle cards, you’ll be supported in releasing stress and nourishing the soul.
🌸 What to Bring
• Yoga mat or something comfy to lie on (wooden floors can be hard)
• Pillow (for under your head or knees – or both)
• Blanket or something warm (the heater will be on, but extra comfort helps)
• Water bottle
• Comfortable clothing
