Catered 3x course dinner by Sal from Stanley Hotel
- Starter: Crumbed Mushrooms with aioli
- Main: Risotto Milanese topped with an Italian chicken ragout with basil oil and fresh herbs (Vegetarian option available)
- Dessert: Sticky date butterscotch pudding with salted caramel, whipped custard cream and berries

Dress code - Semi-formal
