WHAT HAPPENS AT A FOOD SWAP?
Gather Around - Everyone shows up with homegrown or made goodies.
Swap & Connect - Taste, chat, share tips, and soak up the goodness.
Trade what feels fair - For example zucchinis for lemons or egg cartons for a recipe, etc.
Future Dreaming - If you're up for it, join in a quick wander around the host's garden for inspiration and ideas.
WHAT CAN BE SWAPPED?
Anything related to homegrown and homemade food! Fresh produce, seeds and seedlings of veg, fruit and herbs, eggs, jams, relishes and pickles, tools and pots, old gardening magazines / books, recycled hessian sacks, worm tea, kombucha scobies, egg cartons, jars, baked goods to share on the day, seasonal recipes & even your gardening KNOWLEDGE!
No money changes hands-this is more about connection than commerce!
Hope to see you there!
