Day One Fitness provides high intensity exercise programs uniquely created to improve the quality of life of all those living with neurological conditions. Our vision at Day One Fitness is that one day, all those who could benefit from our programs will hear about us on DAY ONE of diagnosis. The first day you walk into our gym is DAY ONE, not only for coming to the gym, but for the rest of your life! We join alongside you in the fight against neurological conditions. The fighters in our gym are people fighting back against:

• Parkinson’s Disease
• Early-stage Alzheimer’s Disease or other dementias
• Mild Cognitive Impairment
• Multiple Sclerosis
• Stroke

In 2015, Day One Fitness was founded, but what inspired this high intensity, non-contact boxing exercise in an 8,000 sq. ft. facility? Through research and blogs we discovered individuals throughout the country who were diagnosed with Parkinson’s Disease who began boxing or exercising to improve their health and quality of life. After reading personal testimonials and how it impacted them positively, we knew we needed a gym dedicated to those suffering from Parkinson’s and other neurological diseases to become a reality in the Augusta and CSRA area.
