Bonfire Yoga Presents: Equinox Reset — A Yin + Cacao Immersion
(Austin, TX) – On Friday, September 19, 2025, Bonfire Yoga Studio will host its first specialty event, Equinox Reset: A Yin + Cacao Ceremony — a two-hour sensory immersion designed to calm the nervous system, restore balance, and foster community connection on the threshold of the Autumn Equinox.
The evening begins with a heart-opening cacao ceremony, followed by a 75-minute Yin yoga practice in Bonfire’s infrared-heated studio. Participants will experience a deeply restorative journey supported by candlelight, healing sound frequencies, essential oils, and crystal singing bowls. The practice will conclude with an extended meditative savasana and time to gather with community.
“Our mission at Bonfire Yoga is to create a space where wellness and community meet,” says studio founder Bonnie Palmer. “This event is about more than yoga — it’s a full-body reset, a pause to breathe deeply, reconnect, and welcome the new season together.”
