This ongoing series explores the profound benefits and healing powers of nature across the Seven Dimensions of Wellness: Physical, Intellectual, Environmental, Vocational, Social, Emotional, and Spiritual. We'll meet on the 4th Wednesday of every month in the morning.
In August we'll be exploring Environmental Wellness and the aspects of water quality and healthy water systems with team members from Lynchburg Water Resources, at the Claytor Nature Center in Bedford, VA.

--Activity: walk down to the Big Otter River from the Claytor pavilion and have discussion about water system health and its role in personal environmental wellness.
