Sourdough 101 is a beginner-friendly workshop that teaches the fundamentals of sourdough bread baking, including how to build and maintain a sourdough starter, the science behind fermentation, and basic bread-making techniques. This class involves hands-on practice, demonstrations, and plenty of Q&A, helping participants gain confidence in their sourdough baking journey
