Six Feet Under Texas

Cemeteries become open-air museums when author Tui Snider takes you on a playful-but-informative tour of historic Texas burial grounds. In her photo-filled presentation, Tui shares forgotten North Texas history, including: Who was the Jesus in cowboy boots? What happened to $10,000 worth of gold buried beneath a cemetery tree? Who were the real cowboys to inspire "Lonesome Dove"? Why did a famous lizard tour the US and meet the president? Are there any haunted Texas cemeteries? Who is buried with Eddie Van Halen's guitar? There's even an alleged space alien's grave in all this strange-but-true history.
