New Year Resolution Run Walk

The Leadership Bedford County Class of 2026 kicks off their community service project fundraising with this New Year Resolution Run/Walk, with proceeds to benefit the construction of picnic tables for the Bedford County Fairgrounds, H&BT Trail Trail, and potentially other sites in the county. This 5K run / 2 mile run or walk through the Bedford County Fairgrounds and Holiday Nights of Lights supports this project.

Enter the fairgrounds via the gate by the Coffee Pot and park in the midway next to the pavilion. Check in and start/finish will be at the pavilion. Registration opens at 3pm. Cost for adults (13 and older) is $25, and $10 for kids up to age 12. All participants who finish the course will receive a medal. Water, snacks, cookies and hot chocolate will be provided at the finish line.

All participants must finish the course by 5:30pm and depart the fairgrounds no later than 5:45pm. Register using the ticket link below.
