Mission: Nutrition Series (Reg. Required)

*Registration is required for this series, but participants will only register for the Sept. 5 class. This one registration will count toward all four classes. It will open on Friday, Aug. 22 here: https://bedfordtx.libcal.com/event/14821346

Learn about nutrition and healthy eating, food safety and preparation, family meal planning, budgeting at the store, and the importance of physical activity. Graduation certificates are awarded upon completion of the four-class series. Participants receive enhancement items that are distributed during the series to help reinforce key messages learned during the class.

*The classes will be on September 5, 19, 26, and October 3
