Knead to Know: Sourdough Basics

Bonnie Norman of Willow and Whisk Desserts will lead a hands-on sourdough demonstration that’s perfect for beginners and bread lovers alike. She’ll share the basics of baking with a sourdough starter, from mixing to rising to baking the perfect loaf. The first 30 attendees (one per family) will receive a free starter to take home, and everyone will leave with a helpful handout to continue their sourdough journey from their own kitchen. Registration is not required.
