Well in this class I will take you on a grounded journey to meet a guide and to open yourself up to hearing and channeling a message. This meditation will take you to where you can meet a guide.

Learn how to communicate with your guide and the techniques needed to hear what they are saying. Learning how to trust what you hear and learn the difference between their voice and ego. Join me to start your spiritual journey on channeling.
