Bedford Pole Capping

The annual Liberty Pole Capping Parade and ceremonies is the traditional kickoff for the reenacting season. You'll want to BE THERE no later than 10am; the parade steps off promptly at 10:30am. The parade marches from Bedford Common, down Great Road to Wilson Park. After a short ceremony, we return up Great Road and turn to Bedford High School. The public is welcome to spectate this wonderful display of patriotism. If you attend and see us, snap a few photos and send them to us!
