Reset & Realign is a seasonal holistic workshop designed to help you pause, reflect, and reconnect - with yourself, your home, and what truly matters. Through gentle guided exercises, journaling, and interactive discussions, we’ll explore how autumn’s natural rhythm invites us to slow down and release what no longer serves us - mentally, emotionally, and physically. You’ll be gently guided to reflect on how you're feeling - in your mind, body, and space.

This is an interactive and nourishing experience where you’ll meet like-minded people in a calm and welcoming setting. Together, we’ll explore practical tools to realign your energy and your home - from simple wellness rituals to intentional decluttering and sensory design. Leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more grounded, with a renewed sense of purpose and a toolkit of everyday practices to support your wellbeing.
