French Bal with Bof!

Bof! are a well established band playing music for French dancing - it is basically a French ceilidh called a Bal. They play tunes and sing songs from the Breton tradition. They are a delight to listen to and even better to dance to. French dance groups are strong in Saxmundham and Norwich and there will be lots of people on hand to show you what to do if you have never done this sort of dancing before. This style of dancing can be gentle or lively - it depends entirely on you! - and it is inclusive.
