We’re so excited to be bringing our antenatal classes to Beccles this February!
📍 Where: Pilates Haven, Beccles – a beautiful studio run by the amazing Jean Wilcox.
🗓 When: Friday evenings in February – 6th, 13th, 20th & 27th.
⏰ Time: 6:30pm – 8:30pm
💷 Cost: £200
What’s included:
✨ 4 x 2-hour sessions
✨ A goodie bag (worth £20)
✨ A relaxed postnatal get-together (coffee, cake & connection once all the babies have arrived!)
We’re also thrilled that Jean Wilcox will hopefully be joining us as a special guest to share her expertise on pelvic health – helping you understand how to protect and support your body throughout pregnancy and the postnatal period.
At Journey into Birth, we believe antenatal classes are about more than just information – they’re about connection, self-care and mental wellbeing. To support this, each course will have a WhatsApp or Messenger group where we’ll share extra tips, events and resources. Once the course ends, we’ll step away, leaving you with a ready-made support network and (hopefully!) the beginning of lifelong friendships for you and your babies.
💡 When should I start antenatal classes?
A great time is usually between 28–34 weeks, but if February isn’t quite right for you, don’t worry – we’re planning to run monthly courses throughout 2026.
