Hypnobirthing Antenatal Course - March

In this 4 week course you will learn:

• What to expect in labour, birth & beyond
• Your rights in pregnancy and birth
• The science of your amazing body and brain
• How to be a badass birth partner
• Practical, evidence based tools like relaxation, visualisation & breathing exercises
• How to prepare for birth, and how to prepare for changes in plans

As well as 8 hours of antenatal education, you will receive:

• A 1:1 hour long session with me to discuss anything you want
• A goodie bag filled with treats and tools to get you started on your birth prep journey
• A big warm welcome to the Embodied Birth community, with quarterly social events completely free
• The Birth Uprising digital pack full of videos on everything hypnobirthing and antenatal you could ever need!

Hey, I’m Rose 👋 I'm a hypnobirthing and antenatal educator, which is funny, because for a long time I didn’t even want to give birth. I was that scared. Birth felt unpredictable, overwhelming, and honestly just not for me. Then I found hypnobirthing - not the fluffy preconceived idea, but the practical, grounded in science, evidence based version, and it completely changed my experience. When I had my daughter, I felt present, powerful, and like an absolute badass! I want everyone to have access to the knowledge and tools that help them feel empowered, informed, and confident - whatever their circumstances, identity, or background. I'm passionate about inclusive birth work because I know how it feels to be on the margins. As a queer and neurodivergent parent, I’ve experienced the gaps and assumptions in antenatal care firsthand, and I’m passionate about making sure no one gets left out. But this space is for everyone. Cis, trans, queer, straight, neurodivergent, neurotypical, white, Black, Brown, Asian, disabled, fat, older, younger, home birth, caesarean - every birthing body, every family structure, every kind of pregnancy journey. Your story matters, and you deserve support that meets you where you are. Hypnobirthing with Embodied Birth is evidence based, trauma informed and down to earth. We look at the science, your rights, and how to feel present, grounded, and in control. Birth doesn’t have to look a certain way to be positive - and you deserve to feel held, heard, and embodied no matter who you are or what your birth looks like!

Location: Kraken is a family run, independent comic shop in Bebington, Wirral, providing comics for all ages, a small café, art supplies, and creative events. Hot and cold drinks and snacks will be available to purchase throughout the event.
