Root to Rise is a 3-hour community gathering designed to ground you in your roots and help you rise into your fullest self. Blending yoga, ancestral ritual, and soulful networking, this event invites you to connect deeply—with yourself, your lineage, and your community.
Right before Halloween / Samhain, when the veil between worlds is thinnest, we’ll honor our ancestors while building present-day sisterhood and support.
